Family medicine is a primary care specialty that provides personalized and lifelong healthcare for all family members during all of life's phases: infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood and the senior years. Family doctors take into account all aspects of a patient's life, seeing biological, psychological and social factors as interlinked.

The doctors at Advanced Family Medicine, a division of WMCHealth's Advanced Physician Services, treat conditions ranging from acute illnesses to chronic-disease management and coordinate care provided by specialists. They also embrace groundbreaking techniques, technology and equipment that advance diagnoses, result in innovate treatments and improve ongoing care — and, just as important, enhance quality of life.

Dr. Rozenberg lives in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
